I take deposits only on currently available kittens. There is no waiting list for future kittens. A $100 deposit will reserve a kitten of your color and sex choice until date of kitten pickup. (Deposits are not refundable.) The deposit is included in the kitten sales price. Once the kitten's spay/neuter verification has been received by the breeder, The kitten registration application will be provided to the kitten owner to register the kitten with TICA (The International Cat Association)

THE $100 DEPOSIT IS INCLUDED IN THE SALES PRICE. Kitten prices range from $2400 to $2800. Females: $2400, Males: $2800. All Kitten prices will be determined by sex, color, size, and pet, or show quality.
Prior to sale ALL kittens receive ALL required kitten shots by a Vet (except rabies) and are examined by a Vet a minimum of three times, tested for FELV & FIV and are Vet certified to be negative at time of sale.
A TWO YEAR WRITTEN HEALTH GUARANTEE is provided for each kitten. IF THE KITTEN IS ALLOWED TO GO OUTSIDE, OR IF THE KITTEN IS DECLAWED, OR THE KITTEN IS NOT SPAYED OR NEUTERED WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME FRAME, THAT WILL VOID ALL HEALTH GUARANTEES AND FORFEITS YOUR PURCHASE PRICE.
The Guarantee covers all birth or genetic defects that may appear within the first two years from date of sale. Buyers are required to feed Life Abundance food products to your kitten/cat during the 2 year health guarantee or the guarantee is voided. Also,
the kitten buyer must provide spay/neuter confirmation or the 2-year health guarantee is voided.
Kittens are 13-15 weeks of age before being placed in new homes. Kittens are available year round.
Kittens sold are parasite free: no fleas, ear mites, lice, worms, etc.
Adults are available occasionally: either retired breeders, or cats from previous sales that the owners can no longer keep for a wide variety of reasons. Check the "kitten info list" for any adults that may be available.
By filling out the application below, you acknowledge the aforementioned.
** ALTER AGREEMENT **
In order for the 2 year health guarantee to be valid, the alter agreement must be fulfilled. This registered (TICA) Main Coon Kitten is sold as a pet/show alter. As part of the purchase agreement, the buyer promises to have the kitten altered at six months of age (if female) and 10 months of age (if male), upon the breeder's receipt of the veterinarian's verification of altering, the breeder shall provide a kitten registration application to the kitten buyer to register the kitten with TICA (The International Cat Association).
If the seller does not receive verification of altering within sixty days after the date indicated above, an additional payment equal to the purchase price shall be immediately due and payable. The seller reserves the right to repossess the kitten in the event of failure or refusal of the buyer to comply with the terms of this agreement.
Your alter statement from the vet should include the following minimum information in order to obtain the kitten registration application:
- Vet or Vet Clinic name
- Date performed
- Owner name
- Cat name, breed, date of birth, sex, color
** HEALTH GUARANTEE **
The kitten/cat is sold as an inside animal only. If the kitten is allowed to go outside or if it is declawed, it will void all health guarantees. The kitten buyer is required to provide spay/neuter confirmation to the breeder or the 2-year health guarantee is voided. The kitten/cat must be fed Life Abundance cat food products during the 2 year health guarantee period or the guarantee is voided.
The kitten is guaranteed to be FELV and FIV negative on the date of sale.
The kitten is guaranteed to be free of any internal or external parasites on the date of sale.
The kitten is guaranteed to be in good health at the date of sale, the guarantee covers any viral and/or bacterial diseases or fungal infections, the guarantee extends seven days from the date of sale.
The kitten is guaranteed for two years from the date of sale not to have any genetic or birth defects that would negatively affect its health. If the kitten unfortunately dies within the 2 year guarantee period, a necropsy is required to determine cause of death.
It is suggested but not required, that the new kitten owner have a licensed veterinarian examine the kitten within 5 days after the purchaser receives the kitten.
If, during the guarantee period, the kitten appears ill, it is to be examined by a veterinarian. If the vet determines that the animal is ill and the illness was present prior to the sale, the breeder shall be contacted at once. The breeder shall, upon receipt of a statement from the examining vet that the illness was present prior to the sale, pay the cost of medical treatment up to but not exceeding the purchase price of the kitten.
If the kitten should die from a problem present prior to the sale, the breeder shall refund the purchase price IF IT IS DETERMINED TO BE WARRANTED. The total liability of the breeder shall in no case exceed the total sale price of this contract, less any medical payments that have been refunded to the buyer..
If for any reason the purchaser cannot maintain ownership, the breeder retains "first right of refusal"
to regain ownership of the cat/kitten.
Health records will be attached to the final signed sales agreement.
You agree to not give FELV shot to your cat/kitten, EVER! The only shot necessary this year for this kitten/cat is a rabies shot after 4 months of age
